The building currently has one tenant, Snap <br /> Fitness,in Suite#108. <br /> y wka Location <br /> � �� � E•SibieY$t <br /> —w-$ibley-st <br /> - <br /> 3r <br /> 1 <br /> pride 5' y <br /> w a <br /> This staff report discusses an amendment to a previously approved CUP for a 24-hour Fitness <br /> Center in Suite#io8 of the same property, Fire Hall Center.The initial application was for a 24- <br /> hour, 7 days per week fitness center housing normal exercise equipment such as cardiovascular <br /> equipment (treadmills, elliptical equipment, recumbent bicycles, upright bicycles) as well as <br /> tanning equipment,free weight equipment,and studio space.The initial CUP was approved at a <br /> February 22,2007 Special Meeting of the City Planning Commission. <br /> This amendment concerns the space next to the previously approved CUP, Suite #107. The <br /> applicant proposes to use this space for two purposes. The first purpose is a general expansion <br /> of the normal exercise equipment of Snap Fitness. Under the application, approximately one- <br /> third of the new space will be used for this purpose.The second purpose is a studio for holding <br /> classes for the community, including karate, dance, and fitness.
