Staff advised the <br /> Council that you are no longer in violation of the City's Ordinance regarding your fence <br /> and would be eligible to re-apply for another permit. However, the Council directed Staff <br /> to contact you to see if you would rather have the original permit extended, allowing you <br /> to construct your fence and garage, with no additional permit fees. The fence and garage <br /> would need to be constructed from acceptable construction materials. <br /> If you would like to extend the original permit,please contact me. The City Council did <br /> not act on your request for a refund.
