Darrell Lake—We have received the executed Agreement from the Lake's attorney. <br /> Commission Member Varilek verified that there are 331/2 living trees on July 10, 2007 <br /> and the sprinkling system has been installed and in use. The City Council <br /> directed Staff to contact Mr. Nelson and possibly extend his earlier permit. (9/05) <br /> 11. David Clark-The Police Chief is monitoring. In excess of 6o cats have been removed. <br /> (6/06) <br /> 12. Rich and Lori Westlund—They have placed gutters on the building which should divert <br /> the stormwater from adjacent properties. Staff will monitor. (7/06) <br /> 13. Helen Montague—I have not received the signed letter of agreement to permanently <br /> remove the camping trailers after Labor Day. Staff is monitoring the camping situation <br /> in 2007 with the help of the East Twin Lake Association. (7/06) <br /> 14. Joel and Debra Wernecke— Staff had mailed a letter requesting items be removed by <br /> July 1, 2007. Ms.Wernecke has requested a 3o-day extension to remove the items. She <br /> will contact Staff on July 16. (8/06) <br /> 15. Virgil Dahl—The City Council has directed Staff to bring this property into conformance. <br /> The Police Chief and Staff will meet with Mr. Dahl. (10/06) <br /> 16. Herbert Winch—Most of the debris has been removed,as well as the motorhome. Staff <br /> will continue to monitor. (10/06) <br /> 17. Randon Johnson—Mr.Johnson has created a potential erosion problem. (12/06) <br /> 18. John Lopez and Laurie Hauck— Performed shoreline alteration with no permit. (5/07) <br /> 19. Annette Hervey—Exterior storage and abandoned vehicles in yard.Ms. Hervey has <br /> contacted Staff and will address the issues. (06/07) <br /> 20.Robert Murphy—Off-site sign. (06/07) <br /> 21. Worth Repeating Consignments — Off-site sign. (7/07) <br /> 22. Fun Sisters—Off-site sign. (7/07) <br /> 23. Stacey and Karin Simons—Exterior storage and abandoned vehicles. <br /> The following items relate to the sign ordinance,which we anticipate having ready for review <br /> soon: <br /> 24.
