When making the connections at CSAH 11 or <br /> TH 371, would be d s they ensure a traffic route to businesses. There was <br /> an origin de 'on study mpleted during the initial EIS that revealed about 50150. <br /> With the altem ute,t e would be decreased traffic on current alignment. The first <br /> phase of construct in Nisswa to County Road 16. <br /> Mr. Bray and Mr. oog presented the new map. This map indicates 3 connection points, <br /> not 4,with the southern connection in the vicinity of County Roads 107 and 168. The <br /> Canniff family, who own the 40 acres west of the Fire Tower, had questions regarding <br /> the alternate route and their property. Roundabouts are an option for the connection <br /> points at the south end and at County Road 11. County Road 112 does not meet the <br /> warrants for one. The Paul Bunyan Trail and the highway would be grade separated,not <br /> at grade.
