Prior to the city-wide rezone August 2, 2005,the <br /> Pequot Lakes Business Park was zoned Light Industrial. To the best of my knowledge, <br /> the City has no plans to rezone the Pequot Lakes Business Park. <br /> The purpose and intent of the Light Industrial zoning classification is to provide a zoning <br /> classification for light industrial and heavy commercial uses. The following uses are <br /> permitted uses in the Light Industrial zoning classification: Animal Grooming <br /> Establishment, Artist's Studio, Industrial Use, Open Storage,and Warehousing. The <br /> following uses require a Conditional Use Permit in the Light Industrial zone: Adult Use, <br /> Animal Boarding Facility, Auto Salvage Yard, Commercial Use(Other,Not Classified), <br /> Apartment Dwelling, and Exterior Storage. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Dawn Bittner <br /> Zoning Administrator <br />
