25.August 1st,letter from Sandelin Law Office to City of Pequot Lakes/Dawn Bitttner, regarding land use ordinance amendment. 26.August 3,letter to Johnathan Acosta,regarding potential ordinance violation. 27.August 2,letter from Attorney Wilbert Hendricks regarding Stacy Simons potential violation. C. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City Staff is currently working on the following potential violations/enforcement actions. We will report on these each month until they are resolved to the satisfaction of the Planning Commission. 1. John E.MacGibbon: Non-compliant ISTS. Current parcel information lists Mr. MacGibbon as the person receiving tax statements. (Inherited from Sibley Township) 2. Cathi McBryde: A copy of the timeline and supporting information has been forwarded to the Prosecuting Attorney. Staff has not been contacted by Prosecuting Attorney. (Inherited from Sibley Township). 3. Roger Rudbeck—The City Council has agreed to forward this matter to the City Attorney to secure a lien on the illegally constructed dwellings. 4. Andrew Boldt—The adjoining property has been sold.This will remain on the violation list. 5. Johnathan Acosta—Staff sent a Certified letter directing him to submit timeframe for completion of exterior. (7/05) 6. Darrell Lake—We have received the executed Agreement from the Lake's attorney. Commission Member Varilek verified that there are 331/2 living trees on July 10, 2007 and the sprinkling system has been installed and in use. (8/04) 7. Dale Kroells— (10/04) 8. James and Barbara Whitty— (6/04) 9. Bonnie Watt— (5/05) 10. Kevin Nelson—Mr.Nelson requested a refund of his permit fee. The City Council directed Staff to contact Mr.Nelson and possibly extend his earlier permit. (9/05) 11. David Clark-The Police Chief is monitoring. In excess of 6o cats have been removed. (6/06) 12. Rich and Lori Westlund—They have placed gutters on the building which should divert the stormwater from adjacent properties. Staff will monitor. (7/06) 13. Helen Montague—I have not received the signed letter of agreement to permanently remove the camping trailers after Labor Day. Staff is monitoring the camping situation in 2007 with the help of the East Twin Lake Association. (x/06) 14. Joel and Debra Wernecke—Ms.Wernecke notified staff that the cars are gone and most of the junk. She will call when the burn pile and dumpster are removed. (8/06) 15. Virgil Dahl—The City Council has directed Staff to bring this property into conformance. The Police Chief and Staff will meet with Mr.Dahl. (10/06) 16. Herbert Winch—Most of the debris has been removed,as well as the motorhome. Staff will continue to monitor. (10/06) 17. Randon Johnson—Mr.Johnson has created a potential erosion problem. (12/06) 18.
