You have indicated that you are not happy with <br /> the conditions of that approval and would like one of them, the requirement for <br /> dedication of public right-of-way, waived. We are putting in writing here what we have <br /> discussed with you in the past on this matter. <br /> As Staff, we are not able to modify the conditions of approval of the Planning <br /> Commission. If you would like those conditions modified, you are going to need to <br /> petition the Planning Commission to make that happen. <br /> You had expressed that you had petitioned the City Council and that they had reversed <br /> the decision of the Planning Commission. We researched this and are not able to verify <br /> that. The minutes you referred us to were from the Planning Commission meeting.
