The Planning Commission will need to look at the <br /> Comprehensive P he Future Land Use Map before making a decision on where <br /> TIF should be made ailable. Mrs. Haverkamp stated that TIF is highly regulated and <br /> each request must b approved. <br /> Councilman Nagel stated that he is troubled with the tenor of discussion. The Planning <br /> Commission needs to maintain some balance between the "green" of the old Sibley <br /> Township and people exploring Pequot Lakes to expand business and be receptive to <br /> growth.
