I am <br /> attaching as Exhibit A the proposed Policy for Issuance of Administrative Fines. Exhibit <br /> B is the proposed amendment to the Land Use Ordinance for Section 3.2 Definitions and <br /> the Enforcement Section. Exhibit C is correspondence from you dated December 12, <br /> 2006 regarding collection of unpaid services, and Exhibits D, E&F are copies of emails <br /> between you and I regarding expense reimbursement and ordinance amendment. <br /> For your reference I have included a copy of the proposed Resolution. <br /> Would you please look over the enclosed information and offer any suggestions you may <br /> have for ordinance amendment.
