A. Street, grading, graveling, surfacing, and stabilizing which shall include <br /> driveway approaches. <br /> B. Sanitary sewer and lateral, including all appurtenances including sewer <br /> lift station. <br /> C. Municipal water supply system. <br /> D. Setting of lot and block monuments. <br /> E. Survey and staking. <br /> F. Site grading, fencing and landscaping and erosion control measures <br /> consistent with requirements outlined in the Final Plans & Specifications. <br /> G. The City shall install street name signs, stop signs, and other traffic <br /> control signs at all locations deemed necessary by City, at Developer's <br /> cost and expense.
