A. Street, grading, graveling, surfacing, and stabilizing which shall include <br /> driveway approaches. <br /> B. Sanitary sewer and lateral, including all appurtenances including sewer <br /> lift station. <br /> C. Municipal water supply system. <br /> D. Setting of lot and block monuments. <br /> E. Survey and staking. <br /> F. Site grading, fencing and landscaping and erosion control measures <br /> consistent with requirements outlined in the Final Plans & Specifications. <br /> G. Internal signage, including E911 signage, within the Development shall <br /> be provided and installed by the Developer. <br /> H. The City shall install street name signs, stop signs, and other traffic <br /> control signs at all locations deemed necessary by City, at Developer's <br /> cost and expense. Striping of roads shall be reviewed and the <br /> responsibility thereof determined by the Public Works Director and City <br /> Council. <br /> I. Power line burial. <br /> J. Storm sewer, including all necessary catch basins, and appurtenances, <br /> including construction of the storm water basin. <br /> K. Resurfacing of disturbed areas of County Road 112. <br /> L. Street Lights. <br /> M. Location of mailboxes. <br /> The improvement standards established by the City and to be followed by the <br /> Developer are as follows: standards identified within the final plans and specifications <br /> attached hereto. <br /> V.
