10. Kevin Nelson—The Police Chief would like to help us with this but our Ordinance has no <br /> "teeth". (9/05) <br /> 11. Patrick and Sharon Ganley—Staff verified the hens have been removed. We consider <br /> this matter resolved. (6/06) <br /> 12. David Clark-The Police Chief is monitoring. (6/06) <br /> 13. Rich and Lori Westlund—They have placed gutters on the building which should divert <br /> the stormwater from adjacent properties. Staff will monitor. (7/06) <br /> 14. Helen Montague—I have not received the signed letter of agreement to permanently <br /> remove the camping trailers after Labor Day. The camping trailers have been removed. <br /> (7/06) <br /> 15. Joel and Debra Wernecke—Staff will contact Ms.Wernecke and update the Planning <br /> Commission in April. (8/06) <br /> 16. Virgil Dahl—Mr. Dahl needs to move a motorhome. (10/06) <br /> 17. Herbert Winch—Most of the debris has been removed,as well as the motorhome. Staff <br /> will continue to monitor. (10/06) <br /> 18. Randon Johnson—Mr.Johnson has created a potential erosion problem. (12/06) <br /> 19. Scott Birchem—Mr.Birchem has agreed to remove the sign when it is no longer frozen <br /> to the ground. (2/07) <br /> The following items relate to the sign ordinance,which we anticipate having ready for review <br /> soon: <br /> 20.Curt Pestello:This violation is still on hold pending our new sign ordinance. <br /> 21.
