In addition to the proposed Policy and proposed <br /> amendment to Section 12.1, I had enclosed copies of a letter from <br /> you regarding the collection of unpaid services and several emails <br /> regarding expense reimbursement and ordinance amendment. <br /> I plan to hold a public hearing on the Administrative Fines March <br /> 15. I would like to also include any other ordinance amendments <br /> in that public hearing. Please advise on how I should address your <br /> comments included in Exhibits C, D, E & F. I will need your <br /> comments by March 6 to include in the Planning Commission <br /> packets.
