The City of Minneapolis utilizes the <br /> administrative form of enforcement as an alternative for zoning ordinance violations. I would <br /> suggest that within the zoning ordinance that we specifically set forth the types of expenses the <br /> City would recover or assess against the property owner in the context of a violation as well as <br /> review of variance and conditional use permit applications. Consultant, engineering and legal <br /> fees and expenses would be typical expenses the City would incur in the context of a violation or <br /> permit review.
