The only condition of <br /> Preliminary Plat approval was a proposed deed restriction addressing the location of the <br /> access to Lot 1,Block 1. The City Attorney is recommending that you provide a <br /> Covenant to be recorded with the Final Plat that incorporates the condition as opposed to <br /> a deed restriction.
