Please be advised that one of the conditions of the approval of your <br /> Conditional Use Permit restricts vegetation removal along the property boundaries. <br /> Condition One states: <br /> 1. The applicant shall maintain existing vegetation along the properties <br /> boundaries. Pursuant to Section 5.10, Subdivision 4D, the applicant shall <br /> replace or supplement vegetation along the eastern property line (adjacent <br /> to the Paul Bunyan Trail) so as to provide at least 50% screening of the <br /> property. Screening improvements shall be made prior to the opening of <br /> the business. <br /> To remove vegetation within the right-of-way, you will need approval of your plans by <br /> the Planning Commission. Please submit a detailed request at your earliest convenience <br /> and we will place your request on an upcoming agenda. Fifty percent screening is <br /> required by Ordinance.
