The Ordinance states, in Section 17-7.4, MAINTENANCE,that "All structures shall be properly maintained in a clean and acceptable manner so as not to constitute a menace to the public health, safety, convenience, general welfare,property values and aesthetics. All landscaping shall be properly maintained so as to preserve planting in a live state and free of noxious weeds. " The Ordinance further states, in Section 17-7.6,VISUAL STANDARDS,that "No use shall create, maintain or continue any activity or structure which has a strong negative visual impact. . . " I have been to your property and taken the enclosed pictures. If these pictures accurately depict the condition of your property, I would have to find that you are in violation of these provisions of the Ordinance. As opposed to formally citing you for a violation of the Ordinance, we would like the opportunity to work with you to correct the situation. We are requesting that by no later than August 25,2008,you mow the grass and maintain a neat yard for the remainder of the season. Failure to comply with the Ordinance by August 25, 2008, will prompt us to take more aggressive action. This would likely include Administrative Fines in the amount of
