1. John E. MacGibbon: Non-compliant SSTS. Current owners acknowledge `.. SSTS is not compliant and plan to bring into compliance. This must be brought into compliance this construction season. (Inherited from Sibley Township) 2. Darrell Lake—Staff has monitored for a For Sale sign since September, 2007. There has been no such sign. Thomas Tulenchik—Mr. Tulenchik has been advised of the unresolved violations on his parcel. (5105) 5. David Clark- The Police Chief is monitoring the animal husbandry violation. (6/06) 6. Virgil Dahl—Staff and the Police Chief will continue to meet with Mr. Dahl until his exterior storage issues are resolved. (10/06) 7. Lance Schmidt—The tenants at is rental property on Gravdahl Drive have cleaned up most of the debris outside. Staff will monitor. (5/08) 12. Elaine Yablonsky, Boardwalk Scoops—Constructed a fence and placed a freezer unit in City ROW without a permit. (7/07) 13.
