They are applying for a home occupation to have a quilt shop. The <br /> applicant is proposing to sell ready-made quilts and the supplies to make them. They <br /> have indicated they would like to place two small signs on the property. <br /> The proposed quilt shop will be located in an existing accessory structure that is <br /> currently being used as a family recreational room. The building is 864 square feet and <br /> the applicant is proposing the entire area for the quilt shop. The hours of operation will <br /> be from to a.m to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday and some Sundays. <br /> There will be one employee for the quilt shop and the applicant has proposed an area for <br /> parking that would provide approximately two parking spaces for the customers.
