I am returning the application, site plan and your check because the <br /> site plan indicates a placement for the storage building within the 75-foot setback from <br /> the OHW of West Twin Lake. This storage building must be at least 75 feet from the <br /> Ordinary Highway mark Our records indicate that the front of the dwelling is 46 feet <br /> from the OHW. <br /> The photograph requirement is to document current structures and landscaping on the <br /> parcel, prior to the construction being requested in the application. The photograph <br /> should be taken"as viewed from the lake". The photo you provided was the one I <br /> enclosed of the storage building with the Potential Violation letter. <br /> I was mistaken when I requested a current Compliance Inspection. There is a valid <br /> Compliance Inspection in your file dated July 6, 2005. I apologize for that confusion. <br /> Please resubmit the application with a corrected site plan, and photograph. The after-the- <br /> fact permit fee will be determined by the Planning Commission after receiving this <br /> information. <br />
