In the fourth paragraph where it states that"The survey indicates the garage is 1 foot longer than what was permitted" should be corrected or a sentence added stating that"The surveyor re-measured the garage and has corrected the survey to indicate the garage measures 26'x 24' as was permitted." I believe a corrected Certificate of Survey was sent to you indicating this correction. Tom and I also take exception to the comment about our garage being larger than any others in the neighborhood. Our garage is no larger than several of our neighbors directly to the east of us, including Elaine May who brought this complaint to your attention. They all have larger than a two-car garage. We tried to point that fact out the night of our hearing, but to no avail. Thank you, and I would appreciate hearing your response to our request.
