"
In Section 17-7.1, SIGNS, subpart 2, Required Permits, the Ordinance states that "All
signs are considered structures and require a Zoning Permit. . . "
In Section 17-7.1, SIGNS, subpart 6, Offsite Signs—General, the Ordinance states that
"Offsite signs are prohibited, except for residential or commercial directory signs. . . "
I have been to your property and taken the enclosed picture. If this picture accurately
depicts your property, I would have to find that you are in violation of these provisions of
the Ordinance.
As opposed to formally citing you for a violation of the Ordinance, we would like the
opportunity to work with you to correct the situation. We are requesting that by no
later than October 13,2008,you permanently remove this trailer from your
property.
