In reviewing their parcel files, Debra Oliverius applied for <br /> and received a Land Use Permit to construct a new dwelling with a covered porch and a <br /> `• deck and Timothy Dailey applied for and received a Land Use Permit to construct a new <br /> roof on an existing garage with storage space. <br /> In addition, you questioned how the Buck's had been able to construct their new dwelling <br /> on a small lot.
