The <br /> following items need to be addressed: <br /> 1. The site plan supplied shows the existing house, garage, sidewalks and driveway. <br /> We will need to have a site plan that indicates what will be there after all of the <br /> demolition, etc.,including all setbacks. <br /> 2. The site plan indicates a parking area. We will need to know the size and number <br /> of parking spaces. A dental/orthodontist clinic requires two stalls per exam room <br /> plus one for each employee. <br /> 3. We will also need a landscaping plan indicating landscaping, and lighting plans. <br /> 4. Each parcel must maintain their stormwater. Please indicate on the site plan how <br /> you plan to maintain your stormwater, such as guttering, berms, swales or <br /> retention ponds. <br /> Please submit this information by October 6. We must have the Staff Report ready to <br /> send on Thursday, October 9.
