I have recently obtained a copy of the <br /> Zoning Ordinance in effect for Crow Wing County in 1972. That Zoning Ordinance <br /> required a 10-foot side yard setback. However, you earlier provided me with a copy of a <br /> document dated September 21, 1971, signed by Thomas I Link, Kathleen M. Link and <br /> Beatrice M. Link, giving permission for the garage constructed by Gordon May to remain <br /> where it is. <br /> I hope this answers your question.
