Section 7.1, subpart 3 A of the <br /> Land Use and Subdivision Ordinance states "Exempt Sign. The following signs can be <br /> erected without a permit; Temporary signs pertaining only to the construction, sale or <br /> rental of the premises are allowable provided they do not exceed 9 square feet in any <br /> zone and are removed within 30 days of the completion of construction, sale or rental." <br /> As opposed to formally citing you for a violation of the Ordinance,we would like the <br /> opportunity to work with you to correct the situation.
