O. Box 1134
Fall City, WA 98204
Re: City of Pequot Lakes
Potential Ordinance Violation
PIN: 29103000908AO09
30795 Old Highway 371
Dear Mr. Greer:
City Staff has been monitoring the continued cleanup efforts of your tenants at the above-
captioned address. There has been no additional accumulation of refuse and debris and
we have documented their efforts. However, there does seem to be what looks like black
garbage bags piled next to the front door that remain. In addition, there is a detached
entry door leaning against the entry way. Also, there is a small storage building in the
rear of the lot that is covered with a tarpaulin, held in place by tires on the roof. Would it
be possible to either repair this storage building so it is more aesthetically appealing or
remove it altogether?
Thank you in advance for your cooperation in this matter.
Sincerely,
Dawn Bittner
Zoning Administrator
CC: Planning Commission
Jerry Braam, Chief of Police
