Typical flaws were observed in some areas. <br /> General Condition of Windows and Doors <br /> Average Quality Doors and Windows <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS/OBSERVATIONS <br /> Wall/Ceiling Finishes <br /> • Monitor: Evidence of patching was detected in the living room and various locations. <br /> • Monitor: Water staining was noted near the ceiling fan in the main bathroom. <br /> Windows <br /> • Monitor: The windows in various locations show evidence of condensation. This is usually not a major concern. <br /> Controlling indoor humidity levels and/or improving window efficiency(if needed)would help to control this condition. <br /> • Monitor: Water staining was observed below the window sill(s)in the master bedroom.
