Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City Staff is currently working on the <br /> following potential violations/enforcement actions. We will report on each of these each <br /> month until they are resolved to the satisfaction of the Planning Commission. <br /> 1. John E. MacGibbon: Non-compliant SSTS. Thomas Tulenchik—Mr. Tulenchik has been advised of the unresolved <br /> violations on his parcel. (5105) <br /> 7. David Clark- The Police Chief is monitoring the animal husbandry <br /> violation. (6/06) <br /> 8. Virgil Dahl—Staff and the Police Chief will continue to meet with Mr. <br /> Dahl until his exterior storage issues are resolved.(10/06) <br /> 9. Herbert Winch—Most of the debris has been removed, as well as the <br /> motorhome. Staff will continue to monitor. (10/06) <br /> 10. Stacey and Karin Simons—Mr. and Mrs. Simons are moving forward with <br /> their plan to construct the fences. (7/07) <br /> 11. Robert Swenson—Exterior storage and abandoned vehicles.
