Mr. Gary Peterson and Mrs. Jaculin Peterson <br /> Page 3 <br /> August 7, 2008 <br /> The above listed activities by the Regulated Party, constitute alleged violations that have been recorded <br /> and documented by the MPCA. If you believe that any of the information presented above is incorrect, <br /> please respond in writing within ten days of the date of receipt of this letter. Your response should contain <br /> a detailed explanation of any inaccuracies that you believe exist, as well as your intended response to the <br /> corrective action requirements. If you believe that those events do not constitute a violation,you can also <br /> discuss that in your response. <br /> This letter and your response do not preclude the MPCA from taking further action with respect to the <br /> above alleged violations. The MPCA reserves the right to pursue any and all remedies available under <br /> Minn. Stat. §§ 115.071, 116.072, 116.073, and 609.671, and all applicable rules or permits for any <br /> violation cited in this letter. <br /> The MPCA requests the following information be submitted within ten days: <br /> 1. Submit the nature or purpose of the construction activity. <br /> 2. Submit the date the land disturbing activities began. <br /> 3. Submit the size of the area disturbed. <br /> 4. Submit contact information of an individual in charge of erosion and sediment control on Site. <br /> 5. Submit the names and contact numbers of any other individual or company that has engaged in land <br /> disturbing activities on the Site. <br /> It is important that you give this matter your full attention. The MPCA will consider your response <br /> in determining whether and what level of enforcement action is appropriate.
