The applicant shall show that the parking area provided is big enough for 9 <br /> parking spaces meeting the dimensional requirements of the Ordinance. <br /> 2. The applicant must submit a landscaping and screening plan for the area <br /> surrounding the parking area that also shows how the 50% screening requirement <br /> is met. <br /> 3. Up to two docks may be displayed outside. <br /> 4. Up to five boats may be stored outside at any one time. The storage shall be on j <br /> the west side of the building. ► <br /> 5. There shall not be any additional outside storage on the property. <br /> It is the responsibility of the Planning Commission to determine that all of these <br /> conditions have been met. I will need to verify the 9 parking spaces and obtain a copy of <br /> your screening plan.
