The City has also notified the Prosecuting <br /> Attorney, Matt Mallie, of these efforts. Mr. Mallie has informed the City that the <br /> complaint against you would be dismissed as the zoning violation has been abated. <br /> However, in order for you to remain off of our Violation List, you will need to maintain a <br /> neat and orderly yard. There can be no accumulation of refuse, debris or items stored <br /> outside in view from adjacent properties or public right-of-way. You will also need to <br /> keep the lawn mowed. <br /> We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your assistance in remedying this <br /> situation.
