You are in danger of having your Conditional Use Permit revoked and your ability <br /> to operate within the City of Pequot Lakes terminated. <br /> The site has a large amount of loose material which is eroding, through action of wind <br /> and water. Nothing is being done to secure these areas, as was indicated on the plans <br /> you submitted. The site is grown over with weeds. This is a very serious matter. <br /> We also have concerns with the improvements that you were scheduled to do as per the <br /> conditions of your CUP. Many of the timelines have elapsed and there has been no <br /> action. <br /> The City has been very supportive of your project. It is my belief that they will continue <br /> to be and would be quite willing to work with you on the improvements and the phasing <br /> of the project.
