Temporary or permanent cover for <br /> the exposed areas is required at that time but should be <br /> installed sooner if possible. All deltas and sediment <br /> deposited in surface waters, including drainage ways, catch <br /> basins, and other drainage systems must be removed <br /> within 14 days unless precluded by legal, regulatory, or <br /> physical access restraints.
