APPLICANT: City of Pequot Lakes <br /> Applicant requests to rezone from Agriculture to Agriculture. Parcel # <br /> 2901412000000009—Mary Pfeiffer. <br /> Mr. Marohn explained the Staff Report. Mary Pfeiffer was present. <br /> A motion was made by Mark Hallan, seconded by Tom Adams, to recommend rezone to <br /> Agriculture. All members voted"aye". Motion carried. <br /> APPLICANT: City of Pequot Lakes <br /> Applicant requests to rezone from Agriculture to Transition Residential. Parcel # <br /> 29014210OA0009—Mary Pfeiffer. <br /> Mr. Marohn explained his Staff Report. Mary Pfeiffer was present. <br /> A motion was made by Tom Adams, seconded by Bill Habein, to recommend rezone to <br /> Agriculture. All members voted"aye". Motion carried. <br /> APPLICANT: City of Pequot Lakes <br /> Applicant requests to rezone from Forestry to Commercial. Parcel # 29014220OK00009 <br /> —Mary Pfeiffer. <br /> Mr. Marohn explained his Staff Report. Mary Pfeiffer was present. Ms. Pfeiffer stated <br /> that she is comfortable with a Forest Management classification, not Commercial. <br /> A motion was made by Bill Habein, seconded by John Derksen, to recommend this parcel <br /> be rezoned to Forest Management. All members voted"aye". Motion carried. <br /> APPLICANT: City of Pequot Lakes. <br /> Applicant requests to rezone from Rural Residential to Transition Residential. Parcel # <br /> 290142200BA009—Mary Pfeiffer. <br /> Mr. Marohn explained the Staff Report. Mary Pfeiffer was present. Transition <br /> Residential is a more intense classification than Rural Residential. Conservation <br /> Easement was explained. <br /> A motion was made by John Derksen, seconded by Roger Varilek, to recommend this <br /> parcel be rezoned to Forest Management.
