`-' 1. Emergency response personnel with the City have indicated that the proposed <br /> layout would adequately facilitate access for emergency response vehicles. <br /> 2. The City Attorney has indicated that he has received and approved of the <br /> Disclosure Statement, Bylaws,Articles of Incorporation and the <br /> Declarations/Covenants. The Planning Commission has approved these <br /> documents. <br /> 3. The applicants have submitted a stormwater management/erosion control plan. <br /> The Planning Commission has approved this plan. <br /> 4. The City Attorney has reviewed the rental contracts. They have been found <br /> acceptable to the City Attorney. The Planning Commission has approved these <br /> documents. <br /> 5. The applicants have submitted a sewage treatment design that has been reviewed <br /> and found satisfactory by the City Engineer. The design has been approved by <br /> the Planning Commission. <br /> 6. The applicants have submitted a vegetation enhancement plan. A rezoning to Open Space of the common areas has been applied for concurrently <br /> with the Final Plat, as required in the Conditional Use Permit. <br /> 8. The Final Plat agrees with the Preliminary Plat as approved by the City in April of <br /> 2005. <br /> 9. The City has received a title opinion. The title opinion is acceptable to the City <br /> Attorney. <br /> 10. The City Attorney has prepared a development agreement to address issues <br /> surrounding financial security. <br /> 11. The City has received a plat check. <br /> subject to the following: <br /> 1. Developer shall enter into the development agreement as prepared by the City <br /> Attorney. <br /> All members voted"aye". Motion carried. <br /> APPLICANT: City of Pequot Lakes. <br /> Applicant requests to create a Campground Overlay District. <br /> Mr. Marohn explained the Staff Report. He would like to change the name of the <br /> Overlay Map to Recreational Vehicle Resort Overlay District. The red lines need to be <br /> corrected on some parcels and Jenkins needs to be removed. <br /> The RV site sizes and minimum lot size were discussed. It was agreed that the language <br /> proposed for 6.3.5 would become 6.3.6 and the following be added as a new 6.3.5: <br /> 5. Site Sizing.
