Dan Couture: Planning Commission asked if we had received the $518.00. <br /> Bittner stated that the City Council waived the excess fees. <br /> 2. Timothy Siegel: Bittner stated the cabin has not been removed, but has met with <br /> the proper owner. <br /> 3. Bonnie Watt: Staff had not been contacted by Ms. Watt's attorney, Lonny <br /> Thomas. <br /> 4. Elizabeth Miller: Sign. <br /> 5. Johnathan Acosta: Mr. Acosta is not available to accept delivery of the letter. <br /> 6. Darrell Lake: Draft letter from Chairman Woog. Staff directed to forward this <br /> letter to the City Attorney to be sure he is comfortable with this type of resolution <br /> or to find out what else we can do.
