r <br /> roadway could become part of the park with paths for walkways connecting the two sides <br /> �-' of town with round-abouts. <br /> In light of the changes to Highway 371,the Planning Commission recommends the City <br /> Council take a second look at the Downtown Master Plan concept and defer final <br /> adoption until the alternate option can be fully evaluated. <br /> Mr. Marohn was directed to take a rough concept for the alternate route to the Council in <br /> February. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> A motion was made by Tom Adams, seconded by Bill Habein,to approve the Minutes as <br /> read. All members voted"aye". Motion carried. <br /> P & Z ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT: <br /> Bittner pointed out the 3 permits issued and 36 letters written. The following letters were <br /> discussed: <br /> I. Dan Couture: Planning Commission asked if we had received the $518.00. <br /> Bittner stated that the City Council waived the excess fees. <br /> 2. Timothy Siegel: Bittner stated the cabin has not been removed, but has met with <br /> the proper owner. <br /> 3. Bonnie Watt: Staff had not been contacted by Ms. Watt's attorney, Lonny <br /> Thomas. <br /> 4. Elizabeth Miller: Sign. <br /> 5. Johnathan Acosta: Mr. Acosta is not available to accept delivery of the letter. <br /> 6. Darrell Lake: Draft letter from Chairman Woog. Staff directed to forward this <br /> letter to the City Attorney to be sure he is comfortable with this type of resolution <br /> or to find out what else we can do. We need to make sure we don't compromise <br /> our legal position for future court action. <br /> ADJOURNMENT: <br /> A motion was made by Tom Adams, seconded by John Derksen,to adjourn the meeting. <br /> All members voted"aye". Motion carried.
