Zoning along proposed around-town route. <br /> OPEN FORUM: <br /> There was a lady in the audience who thought this was a meeting of the Review Board to <br /> complain about an Administrative Ticket received from the Police Department. Staff will <br /> forward her information to the Police Chief tomorrow. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: (The order was changed from the Agenda due to people in the <br /> audience.) <br /> APPLICANT: Michael and Kelly McBrien <br /> Applicant requests a Metes and Bounds Subdivision. <br /> Ms. Barajas explained the Staff Report. Kelly McBrien was in attendance. She stated <br /> there are now 2 separate wells. <br /> A motion was made by John Derksen, seconded by Roger Varilek, to approve the metes <br /> and bounds subdivision,based on the following Findings of Fact: <br /> 1. The property is properly zoned Rural Residential and is suitable in its natural state <br /> for residential uses as permitted in the RR zone as the property currently is being <br /> used for residential purposes. <br /> 2.
