Rezoning to Open Space would not constitute spot zoning as the Open Space zone <br /> does not grant the landowner any privileges that are not available in the <br /> surrounding zoning districts, but rather restricts development privileges. <br /> 6. The rezoning request to Open Space is consistent with the condition placed on the <br /> Wilderness Point PUD application that this property be rezoned to Open Space. <br /> All members voted"aye".
