5. Rezoning to Open Space would not constitute spot zoning as the Open Space zone <br /> does not grant the landowner any privileges that are not available in the <br /> surrounding zoning districts, but rather restricts development privileges. <br /> 6. The rezoning request to Open Space is consistent with the condition placed on the <br /> Wilderness Point PUD application that this property be rezoned to Open Space. <br /> All members voted"aye". Motion carried. <br /> APPLICANT: Al Berens. <br /> Applicant requests Final Plat of Keen Addition. <br /> Patrick Trottier of Landecker and Assoc. was in attendance representing applicant. Mr. <br /> Marohn explained the Staff Report and directed the Planning Commission, page 4-2 of <br /> the Staff Report, Finding of Fact#5,to cross out the words"not yet" as the Plat Check <br /> has been received. The City Attorney and City Engineer comments have not been <br /> received. <br /> A motion was made by Tom Adams, seconded by John Derksen,to table this. All <br /> members voted"aye". Motion carried. <br /> APPLICANT: City of Pequot Lakes. <br /> Applicant proposes an Ordinance Amendment to Increase Impervious Coverage Limits in <br /> the LI and C Zones. <br /> Mr. Marohn explained the Staff Report and directed the Planning Commission to correct <br /> Section 5.13, Subdivision 4A to read"Light Industrial zone", rather than"Commercial <br /> Zone". <br /> There was no public comment. <br /> A motion was made by Dean Williams, seconded by Bill Habein, to recommend this <br /> ordinance amendment. All members voted"aye". Motion carried. <br /> ADDITIONS OR DELETIONS TO AGENDA: None. <br /> OPEN FORUM: None. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> a. Metes and Bounds Subdivision, Ronald E.
