Chairman Woog stated that Staff would like to have this wrapped up by the end of the year. Written comments will be accepted, along with an explanation for the comments. Mr. Marohn stated he would be willing to attend the Retail Group meeting to explain this. Odor may be an issue,rather than light,noise and vibration. Are paint color or window displays being considered? Business owners may have comments. Section 15 would be the standards for operation. If the business cannot operate within these standards,then it would require a Conditional Use Permit. This issue will be discussed at the August meeting. Mr. Woog opened the public hearings. APPLICANT: Wilderness Resort Villas,LLC Applicant requests Final Plat. Applicant has requested that this be tabled. The Cullen Lakes Association has been advised of this tabling. Staff recommends both of these public hearings be tabled. A motion was made by Bill Habein, seconded by Mark Hallan,to table this public hearing. All members voted"aye". Motion carried. APPLICANT: City of Pequot Lakes Applicant requests an Ordinance Amendment in the Light Industrial Zone. Mr. Marohn explained the Staff Report. The EDC has recommended these changes. The landscaping language has been added that was in the original Light Industrial zoning classification for the Industrial Park. Public comment: None.
