2. Virgil Dater—Mr. Pederson attempted to visit Mr. Dahl but he was not home. He <br /> will try again. Items are being cleaned up. Mr. Pederson will remind him that the <br /> mobile homes need to be moved together. <br /> 3. Lloyd Wass—Staff informed the Planning Commission that Mr. Wass is in <br /> violation as both of his Land Use Permits have expired and the exterior of the <br /> buildings is not complete. The letter from his attorney does not state when <br /> completion will take place; Staff will contact his attorney for a timeframe. <br /> ADJOURNMENT: <br /> A motion was made by Mark Hallan, seconded by Scott Pederson, to adjourn the <br /> meeting.
