There are public accesses on Sibley,East Twin, West Twin and Cullen. High <br /> traffic on the lakes is not a big problem. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> A motion was made by Mark Hallan, seconded by Tom Adams,to approve the January <br /> 2010 Minutes as read. All members voted"aye". Motion carried. <br /> ZONING ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT: <br /> Bittner stated there were no permits issued in January although permit applications were <br /> 3, compared to zero for 2009.
