14. The applicant shall be responsible for all expenses that the City incurs in <br /> administering these provisions.The applicant will be billed for the charges of the <br /> City Attorney, City Engineer, City Planner and any other staff member or special <br /> consultant whose expertise is needed to administer these provisions. Invoices <br /> shall be paid within 3o days of receipt. Charges may be disputed by appealing in <br /> writing to the City Council within 20 days of receipt. <br /> _ 15. Boat lifts and canopies shall be of dark earth tone colors,such as dark green. <br /> 16. Restoration of the unauthorized grading on the easterly shoreline shall be <br /> completed by June 1, 2oo8. Plantings will be reinspected in August of 2oo8. <br /> This work shall take place under a separate permit that must be submitted by <br /> May 1, 2oo8. <br /> 17.
