Correspondence: Your Staff sent the following correspondence since <br /> the last meeting: <br /> 1. February 28 letter to Mayor Sjoblad regarding expansion of non-conforming <br /> structure; <br /> 2. March 291etter to John and Kris Brown regarding expansion of non- <br /> conforming structure; <br /> 3. March 30 letter to Derek Schmidt, WSB &Associates, Inc., regarding <br /> Wellhead Protection Area; <br /> 4. March 30 Memo to Beth Hippert, CWC SWCD, regarding letter from the <br /> Browns; <br /> 5. April 4 letter to Steve Fester regarding Variance approval for Verizon; <br /> 6. April 4 email response to an exterior storage/refuse complaint. <br /> C. Council Meeting Notes: <br /> The City Council Meeting was held April 5, 2016. Planninq Commission Report <br /> The March 21, 2016 Planning Commission Report and March 17, 2016 draft <br /> Planning Commission/Board of Adjustment minutes were received by <br /> Council. <br /> 6.2. Ordinance Amendment <br /> i <br /> Dawn Bittner explained that a local contractor noted that the City's <br /> ordinance for extractive use was vague.
