The City Prosecutor advised you in <br /> 20o8 that your property would need to remain in compliance to avoid any charges in the <br /> future. The City is prepared to move forward in a more aggressive action. This would <br /> likely include administrative fines in the amount of$1oo.00 per day for each day the 4 <br /> violation continues, civil action to obtain a court order directing you to comply with the <br /> City Code and could potentially include criminal action.
