The City Prosecutor advised you in <br /> 20o8 that your property would need to remain in compliance to avoid any charges in the <br /> future. The City is prepared to move forward in a more aggressive action. This would <br /> likely include administrative fines in the amount of$1oo.00 per day for each day the 4 <br /> violation continues, civil action to obtain a court order directing you to comply with the <br /> City Code and could potentially include criminal action. You will be responsible to <br /> reimburse the City for any expenses incurred in remedying this violation. <br /> This would include any consultant fees or other professional services that <br /> City Staff determines necessary, as well as any and all cleanup expenses the <br /> City may incur. <br /> This is not only an eyesore to the rest of the community, it is a safety issue that we take <br /> x= <br /> very seriously. The City if fully prepared to forward this matter to the City Attorney for <br /> prosecution. Please provide me, in writing,a satisfactory timeline to clean uv this <br /> rp ope no later than May 18, 20:t6.
