APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> A motion was made by Dean, seconded by Mark Hallan,to approve the January Minutes <br /> as read. All members voted"aye". Motion carried. <br /> ZONING ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT: <br /> To follow-up on a question asked earlier, Staff informed the Planning Commission that <br /> the only Final Plats that are not recorded are the RV Resort at the Preserve and <br /> Nordenstua on Sibley. <br /> Staff also informed them that Valerie Dwight has paid her ATF Fee and the permit has <br /> been issued. <br /> Robert Swenson contacted Staff and stated there is no exterior storage. <br /> Jon and Nicosia Danielowski—They plan to complete the exterior by April 30. A motion <br /> was made by Mark Hallan, seconded by Scott Pederson,to extend the Land Use Permit <br /> until April 30, 2008. All members voted"aye". Motion carried. (Staff was advised to <br /> place this sort of action on the Agenda in the future.) <br /> Staff was directed to act on violation numbers 20—32 and remove them from the report. <br /> ADJOURNMENT: <br /> A motion was made by Dean Williams, seconded by Mark Hallan,to adjourn the <br /> meeting.
