As we discussed,this <br /> letter is meant to outline our understanding of what agreement was mutually made <br /> between the City and yourself. Please review the information we are presenting and let <br /> us know if anything is incorrect or not consistent with your understanding. If everything <br /> meets with your approval,please sign one copy of this letter and return it to us in the <br /> enclosed envelope. We will keep it on file for future reference. <br /> 1. All construction debris in the yard will be removed or properly stored no later <br /> than July 4,2008. <br /> 2. The small garage will be completely demolished and removed no later than July <br /> 4,2008. <br /> 3. There will be no additional accumulation of refuse or debris. <br /> This letter,when signed,will verify the above agreement between the City and you as a <br /> Pequot Lakes property owner. <br /> Thank you for all of your cooperation throughout this process.
