Zoning Administrator's Report <br /> A. January Permits: The following permits were issued over the last month by the <br /> Zoning Department: <br /> 1. Dec. 31St, Thomas Armitage, 27595 County Rd#107, for new home & garage. <br /> *** Permit applications through January, 2008 are 4, compared with 6 for 2007, 3 <br /> for 2006, 9 for 2005 and 7 for 2004! <br /> *** Staff has spent approximately 80 hours in the past 6 weeks updating the <br /> address list for the 2010 Census. This update must be completed, field checked and <br /> returned to the Census Bureau by April 5, 2008. <br /> B. Correspondence: Your Staff sent the following correspondence since the last <br /> meeting: <br /> 1. January 4th, letter to Mr. Andrew Boldt regarding letter of agreement. <br /> 2. January 4th, letter to Mr. Andrew Boldt regarding application for a small <br /> engine repair shop at his residence. <br /> 3. January 7th, letter to Emerson Ward, Leonard, Street and Denard,regarding <br /> Pequot Lakes Subdivision. <br /> 4. January 9th, letter to Mr. Kevin Nelson regarding refund for permit fees. <br /> 5. January 16th, letter to Mr. Patrick Greer regarding potential ordinance <br /> violation. <br /> 6. January 24th, letter to Mr. Larry Rasmussen regarding potential rezone. <br /> 7. January 31St, letter to Jon and Nicosia Danielowski regarding potential <br /> ordinance violation. <br /> 8. January 3 l St, email from Dawn Bittner to Curt Hoffman regarding old city <br /> dump. <br /> 9. February 1St, letter to Mr. James MacGibbon regarding failing sewage <br /> treatment system on parcel 5467 Wilderness Road. <br /> 10. February 6th, letter to Scott Pederson regarding rezone to Open Space. <br /> 11. February l Ith, letter to Jay Kline regarding sign installation. <br /> 12. February l lth, letter from Jon and Nicosia Danielowski stating they plan to <br /> complete the garage exterior by April 30, 2008. <br /> 13. February l Ith, letter from Paul Sandelin to Trailside Estates regarding Notice <br /> of Default. <br /> C. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City Staff is currently working on the <br /> following potential violations/enforcement actions. We will report on each of these each <br /> month until they are resolved to the satisfaction of the Planning Commission. <br /> 1. John E. MacGibbon: Non-compliant ISTS. The updated parcel <br /> information from the County now indicates new ownership of this parcel. <br /> Staff sent the attached letter to James MacGibbon.
