In 2007, the number of permits for other construction <br /> projects such as home additions, decks, stairs, walkways, and similar projects was 67, <br /> seven fewer than in 20o6. Of the total number of land use permits processed in 2007, all <br /> were approved. <br /> Commercial Permits The City has had 76 commercial permits over the last five <br /> 2003 12 years, excluding sign permits. These were applications for <br /> 2004 17 new businesses or modifications/expansions of existing <br /> 2005 15 businesses. The amount has remained consistent since 2004, <br /> 2006 16 Which was the year the Downtown Mixed Use flexible zoning <br /> 2007 16 classification was established. There have been two <br /> Total commercial applications denied in this period of time.
