Notes: ➢ Attendance: Section 17-11.3,PLANNING COMMISSION, sub-part 3, states "It shall be the duty of each individual member to be present at all meetings of the Planning Commission and Board of Adjustment. More than 3 absences in any one year period shall be grounds for replacement by the City Council. " Chairman Woog asked me to remind the Planning Commission of this requirement. Staff will be happy to answer any questions at the meeting. ➢ Sub-surface Sewage Treatment Systems: The Focus Group, consisting of Staff from various local units of government within Crow Wing County, continues to meet on a regular basis to draft a new County ordinance including the new Minnesota Rules 7080, 7081, 7082 & 7083. The proposed timeline for County adoption is November, 2009. Following County adoption, we will hold a public hearing and adopt the County ordinance. It is the desire of this Focus Group to have one ordinance, use the same forms, etc in an effort to make things easier for the Designers, Inspectors, and so forth. If anyone would like to review the draft ordinance,please let me know and I will see that you receive a copy. ➢ Membership: Tommy Woog has been a member of the Pequot Lakes Planning Commission since January, 1, 1999!
