" <br /> Chairman Woog asked me to remind the Planning Commission of this <br /> requirement. Staff will be happy to answer any questions at the meeting. <br /> ➢ Sub-surface Sewage Treatment Systems: The Focus Group, consisting <br /> of Staff from various local units of government within Crow Wing <br /> County, continues to meet on a regular basis to draft a new County <br /> ordinance including the new Minnesota Rules 7080, 7081, 7082 & 7083. <br /> The proposed timeline for County adoption is November, 2009. <br /> Following County adoption, we will hold a public hearing and adopt the <br /> County ordinance. It is the desire of this Focus Group to have one <br /> ordinance, use the same forms, etc in an effort to make things easier for <br /> the Designers, Inspectors, and so forth. <br /> If anyone would like to review the draft ordinance,please let me know and <br /> I will see that you receive a copy. <br /> ➢ Membership: Tommy Woog has been a member of the Pequot Lakes <br /> Planning Commission since January, 1, 1999!
