Last month Wilderness received approval to split the plat into two plats, with separate <br /> association documents, etc. because the original association documents were written <br /> so they couldn't be amended easily. Wilderness will be submitting the Final Plat next <br /> week for the public hearing on the garages in January. This public hearing will be <br /> noticed, as usual. <br /> After-the-Fact Fees: <br /> Staff pointed out that the Fee Schedule states that After-the-Fact Fees are 5 times the <br /> original fee. Staff reminded the Planning Commission that last month they had <br /> approved a 2 times Fee for Wilderness Resort. The Planning Commission can either <br /> set the Fee at 5 times or make a recommendation to the City Council for a lesser Fee. <br /> The Applicant may also request a reduction of the 5 times Fee to the Council. <br /> ADJOURNMENT: <br /> A motion was made by Scott Pederson, seconded by John Derksen,to adjourn the <br /> meeting. All members voted"aye". Motion carried.
